Day/Month of Coordination
This is the perfect service for the couple who wants to be hands on in the planning and organizing, but doesn’t want to worry about anything on the day of. Our team will take care of all of the details for set up including rehearsal, supervising and organizing vendors, setting up the ceremony and reception & more.
Initial consultation meeting to review all planned details and day of
60 minute final meeting to review wedding details (within the month leading up to wedding)
All existing contracts & plans with vendors to be passed on at 4 weeks out (including all communication with vendors)
Detailed timeline and run sheet for vendors for day of
Pulling together any last minute details (on-call for week prior to wedding)
Wedding rehearsal (subject to location)
